The cost of my buildings vary significantly due to their specifications so I tailor each building to fit the individual client's budget and requirements.

As a ballpark figure buildings range from £2,000 - £4,500 per square metre depending on the spec, finish, and location.

If you are interested in a commission, the process starts with an informal chat to discuss the requirements and details. If the building and schedule is viable for us both the I require a £5000 deposit to start the design process. This will involve a face to face design meeting and site visit to help me understand the requirements in more detail.

I then create an initial design and full costing, including an exact model and specification. Once the design and planning process (if required) is complete we move on to the build stage.

At this point I will require a payment for 80% of the total estimated cost of the building, (minus the £5000 deposit).
A further 15% being due on delivery.
Then the final and balancing payment of 5% is not due until 1 month after delivery and includes a day of on-site snagging.
