The owners of this van wanted something simple for a planned surf trip to Ireland and they wanted to keep costs down. The design needed to incorporate a double bed, some food storage, a sofa, somewhere to store surfboards when the bed was being used, and somewhere for the dog. The van is also used for work so required a decent space up the middle.
